During my art survey, I was told that my viewers would like to see more realism (photorealism, if possible) and different species, especially canids, as well as new poses and emotion. Well, this is still a canid, but it's a different type. A bat-eared fox! :) This is a WIP of a piece I am doing titled "Nerd!!!" It shows the cruelty that some children/teens face in school by their peers and the struggle of not fitting in. He'll be crying and holding a bloody tissue from where he was beat up by the jocks. Poor dude. He's hiding in a bathroom stall at school, squished in between the stall wall and the toilet.

I've been working on this on Mondays during my "art day off," which is the day I designate to do whatever art I feel like working on. I'm trying to do as my viewers wish and go for extreme realism. :D Thought I'd share the WIP! I can't wait to upload the finished piece! :)
