::GENERAL GUIDELINES::
1. I must receive a 10% deposit for both art and fursuit commissions in order to be placed in my commission queue. This deposit is refundable for art and non-refundable for fursuits. I will not begin work on either fursuits or artwork until I receive 50% of the commission price. For artwork, I will not begin coloring/painting the piece until payment has been paid in full. Once full payment has been received, I will ship the artwork and/or fursuit items or ship artwork via electronic means.
2. All information provided by the customer must be kept accurate and up-to-date. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the measurements, address, and/or art information is correct. Any problems with shipping, fitting, or incorrect artwork that may occur from the mistake of the customer will not result in a refund or a remake of any art or fursuit item. If I was the one to cause the mistake, I will request the customer send back the item and the problem will be rectified once the mistake has been verified.
3. Once the artwork and/or fursuit item has been received, either in person or via electronic means, the customer has seven (7) days to report any problem with the artwork and/or fursuit item that is the fault of myself. If it is a fault of my own, I will rework the piece at my own cost. After the seven (7) day period has passed, the transaction will be considered closed and no refunds will be given, nor will I correct the piece.
4. Payments are accepted via PayPal, money order, personal checks, or well-concealed cash. With personal checks, I will not begin work on the commission until the transaction has cleared at my bank. I am not responsible for lost or stolen checks, money orders, or cash in the mail. This is the responsibility of the customer only.
5. After I have shipped an item and I do not hear from the customer to verify its arrival, I will give the customer a total of thirty (30) days from the onset of when I shipped the commission to report to me of the commission's arrival. If I do not hear from the customer after a thirty (30) day period, the transaction will be considered closed and I will no longer correct mistakes (7 days) and/or give refunds on the commission. This is non-negotiable unless under extreme circumstances (i.e., customer was out of town due to a funeral).
6. I do not accept deadlines for any type of commission unless the customer wishes to pay an additional deadline fee of 10% of the total commission cost. I will not tolerate harassment from customers about their commissions. If the customer e-mails me more than five (5) times in a thirty (30)-day period, I may consider this an annoyance and stop the commission immediately and I will refund the customer 50% of the commission cost minus the deposit fee. The customer may, however, e-mail me and ask for a status report on their commission at any time, but may not threaten or harass me. The customer may stop the commission at any time and will receive a 50% refund minus the deposit fee and/or deadline fee. Moreover, I reserve the right to cancel any commission at anytime, and depending on the amount of work put into said commission at the time, the customer may receive only a 50% refund. If no or little work has been started on the commission, the customer will receive a full refund.
7. The customer must complete my commission form and e-mail it to me. If the customer sends me the description of the commission using their own form, I will request that the customer re-fill out all of the information on my own form. This is to ensure that the customer's commission will be 100% accurate.
8. The customer must approve the sketch before I begin inking/coloring. If the customer wishes for any changes to be made to the original drawing, the customer must tell me before he/she approves it. I absolutely will not rework the drawing once the sketch has been approved. This is both a waste of time to me and to my customers. The customer may request fickle changes (i.e., changing the character from wearing a t-shirt to a tank top and then finally deciding on a vest) up to five (5) times during the sketching progress. After this, I will charge a fee of $5 per each additional change. However, if the customer requests a sketch be changed due to the fault of myself, I will rework the sketch as many times as needed at my own cost.
9. I will show multiple progress pictures of the commission along the way so that the customer may have complete control of his/her commission. Besides updating my commission queue here at ArtSpots, I will also send out progress reports to all my customers about the commission queue.
10. The customer must read my rules and guidelines and electronically sign that they have read and agree to my terms on the commission form. If the customer has indeed not read the terms, I will not be held responsible for any miscommunication during the commission process.
11. I absolutely will not draw cub ("babyfur")pornography, any children in sexual situations, adult pornography, fetishes of any kind, rape. I will, however, draw violent scenes, depending on the situations. The commission must stay within a PG13 rating at all times.
I guarantee 100% satisfaction with all commissions.
